We design the content for you, in the exact file format your sign's controller reads, and deliver it two weeks before each date. You load the file (or we do it with you) — nothing else to think about.
We do not sell LED boards. We design the content that runs on the board you already have — which is the part that goes out of date, and the part nobody has time to redo.

Trading dates follow the official Australian retail calendar — we confirm each date with you before designing.

There is no universal LED file format. We need your controller card model (a photo of the label) or the software name before we can quote. If it cannot be identified, we will say so rather than guess.
We do not sell, install or repair LED boards. Your existing board and software stay exactly as they are — we only design the content that runs on it.
Shopping centres may require approval of content before it runs. We design to centre rules (no fast flashing, image-to-text ratio), but final approval is always the centre's decision.
Some boards have limits: some can only be loaded from Windows software, and budget boards can have as little as 2MB of memory — we keep files small and test them.
Animation format: we design animated content as GIF. If your board only accepts AVI or SWF we convert it, and it needs testing on your actual board.
No promises we cannot keep: we do not guarantee sales results, and we do not guarantee compatibility with very old boards. If a board turns out to be incompatible we re-export in another format or refund the unused part.
A photo of the label on the back of your LED board (or the controller card) and the name of the software you use. That tells us which file format your sign reads. If you can't find it, send us a photo and we'll identify it for you.
We export in the format your controller accepts (Huidu, Xixun, LEDShowT9, MaxLite and others). If a board turns out to be incompatible we re-export in another format, or refund the unused portion — we do not leave you with files you cannot use.
