Template-based builds are typically 2–4 weeks from the point we have your content and access; more complex stores 4–6 weeks. The biggest delay is usually waiting on photos and product copy, so we agree a content deadline up front.
Yes. You own the domain, the hosting account, the Shopify or WordPress site, the content and the design. We hand over every credential.
Both are possible. We audit the current site first — if the structure works, we rebuild the front end and keep the URLs that rank; if it does not, we plan a rebuild with redirects so nothing is lost.
We host on Australian infrastructure (with SSL, backups and email) and offer a monthly care plan for updates and monitoring. Both are optional and cancellable.
Yes. We design around your brand and use your images. If some are missing we can shoot guidance or source licensed imagery — we never take photos or content from other businesses' websites.
